By applying these insights, you’ll shift from feeling overwhelmed to operating with clarity and intention, ensuring your time is spent on what truly matters.
We start with a recap of everything covered so far, ensuring you have a solid foundation before moving forward.

The course is divided into 4 modules. Each module contains several videos in which I demonstrate the most effective techniques and exercises, step by step, in individual lessons. The entire course consists of 13 videos. The videos vary in length; some are only three minutes long, while others are around 40 minutes. The total duration of all videos is around 180 minutes. The modules build on each other, so it's best to start with module 1 and work through to module 4 :-)
The course is taught in English. But don’t worry – the videos are spoken clearly and slowly, using simple, easy-to-understand language. Even if your English isn’t perfect, you’ll be able to follow along without any problems. Many participants with only basic English skills have completed the course successfully.
You do not need any special software to take part in the course and you are free to choose your device. It works just as well on a laptop as on a mobile phone. After purchasing the course, I will send you an email with a link that will give you access to the course.
